Small bracket used to repair older large top suspended Hoover washing machines including models 935, 940, 945, 960, 1005, 1010, 1020, 1012, 1205, 1210, 1220, 1260 & other top suspended models with a triangular gearbox.
The gearbox casing often cracks and this part can be bolted onto the casing where the brake lever is located to repair the casing and therefore saving the cost of replacing the entire gearbox assembly.
